How to Upgrade SD Card Damaged or Unreadable


Memory Card (SD Card) is one of the most needed devices by smartphone users today. External memory helps us to store data that can not be stored in the internal memory. Problems that often befall SD Card is not legible so it makes it difficult for us to open and move the data in the SD Card. First step


First aid is to remove the SD Card from its place and then clean the copper plate (which is golden yellow) with a white pencil eraser. Make sure you rub it gently until clean. After that, input back to its slot and check whether it is read or not.
The second way


Secondly, try formatting from android. How, go to settings menu> storage. In the menu there is an option Erase SD card. By removing SD Card, it can create clean memory as new.
Third Way


This time you need the help of PC! Connect your smartphone with PC using the data cable. Make sure your Android is connected in Mass storage mode (MSC) instead of Media transfer mode (MTP). Then open Windows Explorer, right click on Memory card drive, select Properties> Tools> Error Checking, wait until all process is complete. After that Eject memory card, then check whether it is read or not.
Fourth way

 If all three ways above have not succeeded, the last thing you need to do is format the SD Card via PC. The trick, create a new folder on HardDisk, give a name just as long as you remember that this new folder will be a temporary storage space alias backup the contents of memory card damaged earlier. Then Copy the entire contents of memory card then Paste into the folder that has been made earlier. If you are sure all copied, format the memory card. Then restore all the data in the folder into the memory that has been formatted earlier.
